An honourary Football Match was organised and Held in Honour of Former Captain's Alhaji Nasiru Baba Gombe Appointment that held in Calabar
The match was between Diamond Stars Football Club and New Vision FC, which Diamond fc subdued New vision 1–0 according to the organisers Alhaji Baba Gombe told our correspondenondent , was to honour and celebration of the recent appointment of the club's former captain, Nasiru, as Special Assistant to the Governor on Livestock and Ranching.
