Our attention has been drawn to a write-up by Abdulrahman Ibrahim Sahihi, Director of Youth & Students Mobilization, ADC Kebbi State Campaign Council, titled "JARKUKA YOUTH DECLARE SUPPORT FOR ADC".
We have seen the pictures. You snapped pictures with a few youth from Jarkuka and you captioned it as "Jarkuka Youth". This is misleading and does not represent the position of Jarkuka Ward.
A few youth in a picture cannot speak for the entire Jarkuka youth. Jarkuka is a large ward with thousands of vibrant, politically conscious youth who are beneficiaries of the people-oriented administration of His Excellency, Dr. Comrade Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu.
WHAT DID YOUR PRINCIPAL DO FOR JARKUKA YOUTH?
This is the question you must answer before claiming Jarkuka. When your principal, Abubakar Malami, SAN served for 8 years as Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice under President Muhammadu Buhari, what was his contribution to the youth and people of Jarkuka?
What empowerment did he bring to Jarkuka youth? What employment? What developmental project can you point to in Jarkuka that was facilitated by your principal during his time as the number one law officer of the country?
The record is clear - nothing tangible. The youth of Jarkuka were abandoned when he had the greatest opportunity to help them.
STOP BLIND OPPOSITION, ACKNOWLEDGE PROGRESS:
People like you who engage in blind opposition should take time to appreciate the progress and development being witnessed in Kebbi State today.
His Excellency, Dr. Comrade Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu is a leader who had a track record of humanitarian service long before joining politics. As a teacher and labour leader, he dedicated his life to service, welfare and upliftment of people. That same spirit he brought to governance - prompt payment of salaries, massive school renovations, road projects, recruitment of teachers, youth empowerment and agricultural support.
The difference between His Excellency and your principal in terms of love for people, humanitarian services, and having people at heart is very clear to every person in Kebbi State. One lived for the people before power, the other only remembers the people when he needs power.
We advise you to stop deceiving yourself. The good people of Jarkuka know who is working for them and they know where they stand. They are with Kauran Gwandu and the APC.
