NWFL :Cross river gets hosting Node

Cross River State has secured the hosting rights to host up coming 2026 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Championship, scheduled for July 11–18, 2026, following significant investments in sports infrastructure by Governor Bassey Edet Otu.

NDLEA convicts 28 persons over drugs related crimes in Cross River

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Cross River State Command, has said it secured 28 drug-related convictions and filed 61 cases between January and June.
